Enameled Cast Iron Griddle
Solid cast iron has exceptional heat retention properties that provide perfect distribution of heat. Just like premium cast iron cookware, the enameled surface is durable, non-stick, and easy to clean.
The enameled cast iron griddle is available on the Brabura 22 and the Brabura 32.

Stainless Steel Griddle
The griddle surface is made from 10mm 304 stainless steel. The thick steel holds more heat than thinner stainless steel griddles for professional performance.
The stainless steel griddle is available on the Brabura 22, the Brabura 32, and the Brabura 40.

Extra Thick Stainless Steel.
Our stainless steel griddles are made from 10mm 304 stainless steel. The thick steel holds more heat than thinner stainless steel griddles for professional performance.

Our high quality stainless steel knobs offer precise control of each burner.
Each burner can be lit independently.
The LED knobs glow orange to indicate when a burner is lit.
Independent Zone Burners.
Each burner works independently of the rest, giving the chef control of the heat in different zones of the griddle. Keep one area hot for searing and another cooler to keep things warm until everything is ready to serve.
Easy clean up
Every griddle has a grease drain at the front of the cooking surface. Use it to discard excess fats as you cook.
To clean up, wash the griddle surface while it is warm. Scrub with water and steel wool and wash the residue down the grease drain.
Removable grease tray
The grease tray catches the residue from the grease drain.
Empty and clean the tray after every use.

Hinged Stainless Steel Cover
Cast iron griddles include a premium hinged cover. The cover shields the griddle while cooking and keeps the griddle clean and protected from the elements. The cover must remain open while the griddle is in use.
Removable Stainless Steel Cover
Stainless steel griddles include a removable cover. The cover keeps the griddle clean and protected from the elements. In order to keep the gas components cool, the lid must be removed while the griddle is in use.
Fabric weather cover
Every griddle comes with a fabric cover. The fabric cover drapes over the griddle and stainless cover to keep water out and keep your griddle looking shiny and new.

Built-in
Build your Brabura griddle into your outdoor kitchen island for a professional fit and finish. The stainless steel construction of our griddles matches the look and quality of high end outdoor kitchen components. Griddles are ready to be built into non-combustible counters as sold.
For combustible counters, use the HearthStone Outdoor Build-In Liner for a safe and sleek installation.
Rolling Bases
Extend your outdoor kitchen with a rolling griddle. All stainless steel construction. Collapsible side shelves. Locking caster wheels. Fully enclosed storage space.
Every rolling base comes with a full length fabric weather cover.
Collapse the side shelves and close/place the stainless steel cover over the grill to support the fabric weather cover.
Counter top
The griddle can be installed directly on an outdoor counter top. The fuel line connection is underneath the griddle, so an opening through the counter is needed to connect the griddle to the fuel tank.
